Be Simple and Be Beautiful!!!

Today the world has become tough place to survive in as the rat race seems never ending. In the age of hardcore competition and stress we tend to forget the very essence of life. Not only our lifestyles have changed, but we have forgotten the simple ways. When it comes to being beautiful we look again for  chemical products that harm us.
We are overloaded with product which makes the skin more beautiful, fair, radiant, spotless, wrinkle free extras , but do they really do that's just one side coin, the other side is full of the side-effect of these chemical products. The question remains. Can the skin be beautiful without using the chemical products?  Or have we forgotten the simple methods to having beautiful skin?
"Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder", but i think the beauty of the skin lies in simple and natural care. Therefore in my opinion traditional methods taking care of the skin have been the least harmless, moreover they are very simple.
 A perfect skin can accomplished only when we support a good and healthy lifestyle. This is very important for not only our skin but body and mind as well. There are a simple ways in which we could do this. First and foremost, a beauty sleep for 8 hours is prerequisite for healthy skin. Secondly it is very important to keep up healthy diet which includes fruits and vegetable and avoid unhealthy food habits as “what we eat is what we are”. Thirdly, water is the most essential for maintaining a hydrated body and skin. Drinking about 3 liters of water daily will help in removing intoxicant from the body.  Fourthly it is very important to have a physical activity like exercise or yoga, as it enhances the metabolism.
These were some simple habits which one could inculcate to keep up a good skin.
This will not be enough for having a healthy radiant skin as we are surrounded by problems of pollution, stress, lack of sleep, unhealthy diet, and damage from the sun’s ultraviolet rays, drinking alcohol and smoking.
Therefore, I suggest you my few simple and easy home remedies and ingredients to improve the health and appearance of your skin.
1.   Lemon can help to stimulate clear skin. The citric acid and vitamin c content helps to keep the skin clear by eliminating dead cells, reduce dark spots and has bleaching properties. Apply lemon juice to your whole face and neck. Stay it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with water. Next, massage cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturizer it. Do this daily or every other day.

2.   Milk can help as moisturizer and can light your skin. Take 2 tablespoon of milk cream or milk add few strands of saffron and soak it in for overnight. Next morning apply the mix on your skin. This will give your skinny glow and make the color of your skin lighter

3.   Turmeric has been traditionally used as antiseptic, but it has used a skin-lightener which removes the dullness of the skin and lightens the color of the skin. Put together a paste by adding equal quantities of turmeric powder and gram flour with a little water or milk. Apply it uniformly on your skin and leave it on till it dries. Wash it off with water, rubbing your skin softly in a circular motion. This remedy will lighten your skin tone and remove scars.
